In this role you’ll support the Centre Manager and take charge in the Centre Manager’s absence to ensure the team carry out their duties efficiently and in accordance with the Company Policy and Procedures. You will proactively assist in managing the front and back of house, ensure continued growth of the business and manage a team able to deliver the highest standards of customer service and operations. You will be central to the delivery of a good customer experience. You will interact with the customers and the start and end of their experience with us and ensure they receive attentive, polite service. Bookings are taken in person of by phone and customers made aware of correct tariffs and current promotions. You will liaise with the bar and diner where party/food bookings are taken and help to ensure things run smoothly. Closing date 05/07/2009
We look for confident customer focused people to serve food and drinks to our bowlers. Friendly and courteous, you’ll be taking orders at the lanes, collecting the drinks from our licensed bar, serving customers in a prompt and efficient manner and talking to them about our latest offers and promotions. You will get involved in maintaining and repairing our tenpin bowling pinspotting machines, lanes, approach areas and other ancillary equipment to the required company standard, following a Company laid down preventative maintenance schedule. You’ll support our customers by answering all fault notification calls whilst on duty in a quick and efficient manner. Closing date 05/07/2009
Normally overseeing the reception, bar and catering functions, you'll make sure that the centre demonstrates the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety and that all paperwork and administration is completed promptly and accurately. You will assist in the smooth day to day running of the Centre and ensure adequate staffing levels to provide the highest level of Customer Service. Closing date 05/07/2009
