Terms and Conditions
This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 years or over, except for employees and their families of AMF Bowling related agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.
No purchase necessary.
Entries must be submitted between Tuesday 1st December 2009 and Sunday 7th February 2010.
Entries must be submitted via the following methods:
- In centre: Entry form fully completed and given to a team member.
- Via the website: Entry form fully completed on www.amfbowling.co.uk.
- Text: Text sent with email and name to 84555 and entry form fully completed on www.amfbowling.co.uk. Each text will cost 25p plus standard network rates will apply but texts may not be included in prepaid text packages, by entering via text entrants agree to be bound by the terms & conditions and agree to AMF using their email address in order to send through a registration form. Should the online form not be completed entry to the promotion will not be valid and customer’s information will not be used for any further purpose.
Entries can also be received by post to AMF Bowling, Focus 31, North Wing, Cleveland Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 7BW. All postal entries must be received by Saturday 6th February 2010. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entries that are delayed or lost.
All entries are the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
Entrants may register a maximum of 20 times. Third party registrations will not be accepted.
Only one prize per person.
Prizes will be drawn as follows—1 x Mazda2 5 door black, 1 x £1,000 cash, 2 x 3 night Butlins Gold Self-catering break, 5 x Ipod Touch, 5 x Xbox 360, 10 x £100 Sainsbury’s vouchers, 40 x £25 Frankie & Benny’s meal for 2, 100 pairs of Cineworld tickets, £1,000’s worth of Bowling vouchers.

There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes stated and prizes are not transferable and no part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
Prize winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received and winners will be notified by email by 22nd February 2010.

By entering, prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by AMF.
Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

AMF reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions.
AMF reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if circumstances make this necessary. Any amendments will be published on the website.
The promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Completion and submission of a registration form, text or web form will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
AMF reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the promotion (including altering prizes) if, in their sole discretion, the draw is not capable for being conducted as specified. AMF reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.

Prize terms & conditions
Mazda 2 will be given to the person whose entry is drawn first from the prize draw. The car will be registered in their name and presented to them within two weeks of the draw date. The Mazda 2 TS is a manual, petrol, 5 door model complete with air conditioning, all-disc braking system with ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), Electronic Brake-Force Distribution (EBD) with Emergency Brake Assist (EBA), Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) with Traction Control System (TCS), Remote central locking and dead locks, Electric front windows, with one-touch auto down, CD Radio with Auxiliary jack and two speakers, Electric door mirrors, Electric speed-sensing power steering. £1,000 cash will be provided to the person whose entry is drawn second from the prize draw. The cash will be in no set denomination and will be presented to the winner within two weeks of the draw date.
Two Butlins 3 night Gold Star Self-Catering breaks. The break can be taken at any Butlins Resort (Bognor Regis, Minehead, Skegness) from February 2009 to 31 December 2010 (excluding Bank holidays, Christmas, New Year & Arena breaks) for 4 persons. 1 person must be at least 25 years of age. Valid only on Butlins Family Breaks. Prize excludes food, travel or other related costs, is non-transferable and offers no cash value. The prize winner must be the lead guest on the prize booking and be present upon arrival.
